I don't know what was wrong with me yesterday, but I just couldn't stop eating chocolate. As a result, my weight is up 1/2 lb. Hoping it will be back down again tomorrow, assuming I can avoid the chocolate overload. So, I just ordered a kind of 3-day Reset package from Beachbody.com. Supposedly lose 5 lbs in 3 days on a liquid protein diet, combined with fresh fruit & vegetables. Probably a dumb thing to do, but what the hell? After that, I'll recommit to the 21-day fix, which should STILL be compatible with the Low GI diet I'm trying to keep my hubby on. He's actually lost a few lbs and isn't exercising, DARN HIM! Oh well, hope everyone has a great day today!
