The human body is about 60% water but after you consume some of these dry ass protein oat pancakes and they absorb some of that water you'll probably have about 15% left 😂. I forgot how much oat pancakes suck. Lol.

Try pumpkin protein pancakes sometime. 125g pumpkin, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 cup egg whites, maybe tsp of cinnamon and baking powder. Simple and actually pretty good.
