Well I managed to step in a hole & severely sprain my left ankle. The Orthopedist I went to prescribed a massive boot & told me no cardio for 4 weeks, EEEKKKK!!! Not sure I can survive that long, seriously! She said swimming & upper body exercise would be okay, but not even a recumbent bicycle because I need to keep my ankle straight. I'm seriously doubting I can wear this boot for 4 weeks, as it feels like my left hip is elevated, which will cause its own problem, am I right? So, tonight I'll be trying to stretch out my left hip, plus doing some arm & ab work. Meanwhile, it's time to REALLY get serious on that diet, trim calories AND carbs. Yeah, we'll see how THIS goes....
