No change in weight but have seen drastic changes in skin.. and ugh. Thank heavens it's getting cooler so I can wear long sleeved shirts and pants! Looking more and more like a Shar Pey every day! Just goes to show "for every amount of good, there's an equal amount of bad".

You are not the only Shar Pey on here Lou! It is an unfortunate consequence of significant weight loss, especially at our age! I've started to entertain the idea of skin removal surgery in the future. In the mean time I have gotten into doing some light weight training to try and tone up specific muscle groups in hopes that it will at least reduce the sagging a bit. One can only hope... Hang in there lady, we cannot look like young adults again, but we CAN look like FIT older women!

Thought about skin removal surgery; however, you're trading the removal for a lot of scaring. My neighbor went on and on last night about my weight loss and it felt good, I had to keep saying thank you, your most kind. I'm looking into some thin long sleeved shirts. Still sticking with my spandex pants. LOL Oh yeah, I got into that torture device (waist trainer) and, just as I suspected, don't need it! Well, it made a good goal maker anyway. LOL I also started a part time job, are you ready for this, caring for seniors! Got to laugh at the parody and enjoy meeting and helping out those that are not as fortunate as us to be able to walk/run/lift/carry/drive.
