Hubs wanted a steak sandwich. Watercress didn't go with his steak sandwich. I gave him Cauliflower on the side, not included in photo. He did get some watercress, Ran out of room on his skillet..
Leftover cauliflower went into today's cauliflower (mock potato salad). A salud to Draglist..

Thx. These are 4x4 skillets. Taking portion control to another level. I'm used to cook for more people, lots of serving. Got tired of repeating menu, & leftovers. Also they fit in the air fryer for finishing.
Also, can't cook salmon & chicken in the same pan.
Quiet time is over, getting breakfast, finish in 15. Back on the clock.
