someone please answer me
I am concerned that you feel like collapse, You must first eat until your brain fog clears. Then you can come up with a healthy & safe way to make your thighs look good. Again, I don't know how tall you are, but you don't sound like you are overweight. You believe one body part is fat. You can fix that without starving yourself.
If you under eat & don't get proper nutrient. You hair can fall out, etc...All sorts of damage can happen to your body & you will see long term affects to your health. Your immune system will suffer.
Please see a dr., counselor, someone who is a professional.
It is hard to talk to parents, When you are ready you should talk to them. They may surprise you and be supportive. If you can't talk out loud, write your thoughts. Text, email, paper, but communication.

Bulking
Drink & eat easy to digest high kcal food all the time. As fresh as you can. Nothing that's been cooked for more than 48 hours. After 48 hours, it's garbage.
You have to eat alot of protein. Have you tried protein drinks, Ensure? Food that's easy to digest. High carbs, fat, whatever you can tolerate. Nuts are high kcal & a good source of protein. Instead of plain water, drink broth. Chicken or veggie homemade if possible. I hope you have a care giver. If not, there must be a city funded program that provide meals. Milk, cheese if you can tolerate dairy.
Your treatment team should have been able to recommend a diet. Call them, asap.
I'm sorry, that's all I have. I don't know what treatment plan you're on, so really your drs, nurses should be recommending food or refer you to someone who can..
Anything you really enjoy eating. Just eat.
