Lol! I shared bacon and eggs with mine today but logged that I ate it all. 😆 

Btw...how is Al and how are the people who had covid in the hospital doing?

LOL...Yep. Diet helpers.  

Today my cat really wanted a bite of my Carl's Jr Famous Star (no fries) lunch! Realizing later that I am going over 1500 calories for the day, maybe I should have indulged him 😺 

My dog eats healthier than me. She eat no refine carb, salt, sometimes raw organic.🤭 

Same for cats! My cat Scamper and I shared some cottage cheese together today! 😻

So true!! My dog just gives me puppy eyes 🥺 I have a black lab mixed with a golden retriever. So cute 😊 

Love it! I feel so guilty when I go out of the house in the evening and Hank comes running happily, ready for a walk, and I get in the car and drive away! Dogs can encourage one to exercise. 

we just got a new puppy. talk about energy.
