I'm impressed with how you just lost the weight so quickly. You sound like you have fulls days and not much down time.

Ive just read about body types. You are the 1st real person to talk about how we see ourselves and body types. I'm big boned, non-technical term for mesomorph. I'm going to follow you for a bit to see if your routine works for my body type. I now believe the one size fit all programs doesnt work.

I'm looking for a plan that's sustainable. This is my 3rd time losing weight.

I took the Shringrix shot b/c on my Doc's urgings. I'm not a fan pharmaceutical fixes for health issues. But the possibility of dealing with Shingles when I could've just taken the vaccine made sense to me.
Side affect, alot of soreness and hot at the injection site, fatigue.
Had Pizza, b/c I just wasn't up for cooking or grazing lettuce. Hubby has been asking for pizza night for about a week. We get a pie once a month. Dont know how we can get away from that habit.

No one makes good pizza without tons of salt or lots of sugar in the marinara sauce. I would really like a vacation from cooking. This is where a cruise would hit the right spot.

Dreaming of being on a cruise. Wake up, hit the gym, eat breakfast, explore the ship. go for a swim, eat lunch, go for a stroll, plan excursions, dress for dinner, go to the show. Wake up, repeat. Wake up get ready for excursions.

This is me planning for my reward for my future healthier and stronger mind & body.

Woke up at 2 am with cravings. Couldn't sleep. Did some damage with food. This only happens once a month or when I'm feeling low or unwell.
I'm going to have do to extra mile(s) today to make up it.
Have to find out how to manage/deal with cravings without drugs(recommended by Endo)

I wonder if window shopping online wouldbe a good distraction.

Finally figured out that if I ask the right questions to the right person at the right time I'll get answers I've been searching for. Turns out my nutritionist is also a diabetes educator. Woohoo..

I will find my inner strength and not turn to meds as the easy fix.

This food addiction is not easy to get rid of.
