I remember that first cell phone we got - darn that thing was a pain to carry. It reminded me of the old World War II Walkie Talkies we used to see in the movies lol

Remember bag phones with the shoulder strap? I thought I was so cool when my company issued one to me. Still haven’t figured out why phones aren’t designed with a leash.

Well, actually, I was at a meeting with my boss one day (about 1991) and she was looking for something in her very large purse and pulled out the cordless phone that belonged at home. So, good luck to anyone at home looking for the phone that day. 😁 And, BTW, if you have an Echo, you can locate your phone with it (assuming you lost it at home).
