Steak and yams in. Struggling with diet of late so giving myself unlimited protein today to see if that's a workable strategy. I remember reading up on the Apex Predator Diet, which allows unlimited meat post workout. Dude said that meat consumption typically self limits at 3#. 3 fucking pounds! I tapped around 15 oz... Like a little bitch.
