I am tweaking my diet to be in line with Ted Naimans PE diet. Protein to energy ratio.
I want to add veg into my way of eating in the correct ratio. I have had wonderful healing with rosacea, inflammation.
I grow a garden, and like to include low carb veg as needed.

I also am focusing on resistance training. Push-ups .3 sets of 8
Max 3 sets of 50.
Bike ride hard and fast. 30

I’d like to see what I can accomplish upping my protein levels
