I got stuck and turned to junk back on track now but looking for simple foods
Get that blender out and make some protein shakes, protein puddings, easy salad dressing, fast soups.. Your work is almost done

Pizza night
Made the fat head pizza dough with 2 c riced cauliflower and 2 c motzerella cheese, 2beten eggs. Mix together Nd rest for ten minutes. In parchment lined pizza pan spread out mixture. Bake at 450’ for 15 minutes or lightly golden, add sauce more cheese and desired toppings. Cook TIL golden!
This issue nut free delicious rendition, you should try. Yummy.

Are you using intermittent fasting with the LCHF? Allowing a window of not eating for one or two meals really assists n getting into fat burner mode.or Ketones is which uses fat for fuel. The body won’t burn your fat until there is depletion of glucose from food. Also something amazing happens when your body burns fat,hunger is not an issue. Meh.... you can easily wait longer for you next meal. LCHF allows you to become fat adapted, or you can fast for a couple of days and push the body into Ketosis quickly and powerfully. Fat adaptive make take several weeks'..... but it is a process of change.

Artificial Sweeteners
I have made a switch to use Swerve erithritol granular or powdered and liquid stevia as a one to one exchange for sugar. .....occasionally. Small bags 320 gr cost about 7.50. I try to make up a batch of Raw chocolate and coconut oil once a month.i make 1 tbsp bites that I can utilize as a treat. Monk fruit also when something needs it.i rarely bake now. And have deleted snacking , isomer digestion can enjoy a rest or fast each day. Referred to as intermittent fasting. Keto diet increases fat for satiety, reduces carbs, moderate protein. Be aware that liquid steviais better than stevia sprayed onto maltodextrin I avoid most sweet foods and my desire has declined a lot. Having a back up let’s me know I can make something if I need to that won’t destr my progress.
