Hi Sarafina, I saw your comment on Debbie's post. If your only eating 1000 calories a day, your body may be in starvation mode and resisting weight loss. You might try upping it to 1200 or 1300 for a couple of weeks to see if that's the problem. Good luck. 💛

If I eat more than 1000 calories I gain weight. I never eat 1200 calories. Just have to exercise more
