It's fruity pebbles flavored whey protein powder. But it isn't official, they just used the Fruity Pebbles pic lol

Diablo, how is that protien powder? I had posted that after 2 years of using Muscle Tech, I've become intolerant to whey powders. I'm trying to build so I need a protien supplement so I can get my protein to at least 100-120 grams a day. Any advice appreciated!

Oh, as far as other sources of protein? Greek yogurt, protein bars, and lean meats.

Thanks Diablo. I'm trying to eat those things you suggested. So far I've run short by about 20 grams on protein. I guess I just need to up those items. I just don't enjoy eating alot of protein type foods. I'm a fruit n veggies kind of gal. I appreciate the answer though. 👍

Diana, cottage cheese? Joyya milk? Protein pancakes like Kodiak? Do those hurt too?

Wifey, I do eat cottage cheese. I think I just need to up the grams of meat I eat for dinner. Protien pancakes do make my stomach gurgley. . Im bummed about this...I was doing so well when I was able to use protien powders as part of my protein intake. I could definitely see a difference in muscle definition.

Diana- I use egg beaters. I want to say a cup is like 20 g of protein- throw in some mushrooms and cheese- put it in an ole extreme wellness wrap- lots of protein.

Eggs are a great option too. I feel for you. I’d be at a loss without my shake on days I run low. Hope you find an alternative Diana or your tummy can once again tolerate the protein. 😘💪🏻

DP and wifey, thanks for suggestions. I will try the eggs. That sounds good. I ordered No Cow vegan protein bars cuz they had a trail pack and it was Yuck! The peanut butter ones are gross. Taste like peanut butter cardboard and very mealy. I ate a quarter of one and immediately my stomach started gurgling. Maybe it's not the whey but another additive?

GNC Egg Protein: egg whites, sunflower lecithin, stevia and “natural flavors”. May be worth a try.
