Welp thats what I get for having fries, boba tea, beer, and a popeyes spicy chicken sando yesterday. 😂 Luckily, I know I didnt actually gain 4.5 pounds of fat. I had a great day yesterday and today Ive planned everything out to be totally on target.

Im helping a friend out at her flower shop this week and my gym is starting a cardio class on Sundays. Yes I know that cardio isnt the way to go for fat loss, but I like the endurance I get from it which helps my breathing and my heart. Especially since Ive been a slug so much of the past year.

It’s definitely not a true gain!! That sammy is 💣 🤤 I had my first boba 🧋 a few months ago. You just got all them tapioca balls in your tummy. Glad you enjoyed 💜💚

Lambie you can definitely do cardio for weight loss, but strength training builds muscle which burns more calories (thats a very basic explanation). Thats why people who lift like to strictly lift. I think balance works better for me. JC- Right?! Yummy Tapioca balls!🤣
