Susah banget menuhin kebutuhan serat harian ☹️ adakah yg tau makanan/minuman/suplemen kaya serat utk kebutuhan serat harian? Padahal setiap hari udah makan sayur 3 piring penuh dan buah jg.. tp ttep gk terpenuhi.. bikin susah BAB 😖

alpukat, buncis, bengkoang, petai, belimbing.. bisa dicek kadar seratnya di FS ini.. tiap hari aku makan salah satu atau semua jenis makanan tinggi serat itu, BAB lancar.. ☺

Hi All.. Terimakasih sharing nyaa 🤗.. kebutuhan serat kita minimal kan 25 gram perhari ya? Cmiiw .. nah yg terhitung di FS kutuh paling cuma 10-15 gram perhari nya.. 😑 kadang bingung mau menuhin nya gmn lagi pdahal dah makan sayur n buah banyak.. soalnya berasa bgt klo kurang serat BAB gk bisa tiap hari n metabolisme rasanya lambat bgt..
tp aku mau coba bbrp saran2 dri kalian.. Thank u 😊
