Well tomorrow is my 1 week weigh in for the week. I think I have done really well. It helps that hubby is in this with me. It was hard to make two different meals every meal. Making homemade chicken soup today as it is cold in northern Wisconsin today, everyday for that matter probably till june.
I know I can do this. My sister's are all on healthy eating plans so it's nice to help each other out.
