Fasting a.m. blood sugar 171; weight 168.3
Plan: Okay, enough of this messing around. Back to egg fast Mon - Thursday! Then Christmas off my eating plan.
3-egg omelet and green tea for breakfast today. Hubby wanted banana cake for his birthday so that is in process. I don't think I have baked a regular cake since the kids left home!! Only a few keto ones. Wonder if I still know how! I'm not going to taste the cake -- he can have the whole thing, but not all on the same day!!!
Lunch was cream cheese pancakes with Reddi Wip. Supper: scrambled eggs with provolone cheese, with very small handful of mixed nuts. Drank green tea all day. If I can manage to skip eating the rest of the day, I will be successful on first day of the egg fast.
Macros 4/75/21; 1342 calories; fiber 1.0; net carbs 10.75.
