Ending this here for the year, at 155.5 lbs/71.6 Kg! I reached my Goal Weight....at the cost of some Muscle. Now I will focus on regaining my Muscle, while not going over my Calories. I will eat as much as I Burn, while I work out, to gain 10 lbs/2.3 Kg.

Can you gain muscle while eating in a deficit? Or are your calories set a bit higher?

davidsprincess- I did record gaining muscle at a 300 to 500 cal deficiency. However, once I do 24 to 48 hour fasts, it took away some muscle. 🥴
