Woke at 227.5, down 1.1 from yesterday. Did 22 minutes of HIIT spinning to start the day. Will wait until noon to eat. UPDATE: Weighed 228.0 at 5:30. Red wine tonight plus a Royal Red Robin burger from delivery. Might have to adjust tomorrow!
