Fasting blood sugar 118; weight 171
Plan: Keto/IF/exercise
Turned out to be an unplanned day -- spent most of it waiting at the dealership for the car to be repaired. Missed lunch. By the time I got home my glucose was down to 74 and the hypoglycemic shakes had begun, so I grabbed a hard candy and drank a glass of turmeric almond milk, my keto fat bomb, and a cheese stick. Was back to normal by the time I finished cooking parmesan chicken for supper. I don't often have hypoglycemia but now that I'm getting the glucose down I need to remember to be prepared for it.
