Count my progress not only based on body weight, lebih happy saat lihat diameter waist turun 2 cm dan diameter hip naik 2 cm. Semangat berprogress kawan FS, never compare our result with someone else's. Minggu ini aku mau bikin abs challenge dalam 7 hari!
