Starting over again. I started brisk walking about 3 weeks ago with my dog. Didn't even lose 1#. So bummed out. I don't think I'm eating right. Sometimes I only eat supper and pig out. Haven't been walking for 3 days cause the weather has been cold and rainy. Starting today. Eating 3 small meals per day. I will see how that goes. Can't wait till everything gets back to normal so I can get my old life back.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
