From frozen in air fryer with Costco no salt seasoning and a tiny bit of panko flakes for crunch. I used spray grapeseed oil to make it stick.

This looks good! While I had our fish in the oven it sort of exploded. It almost looked like the residue that we get from the self cleaning was everywhere in the oven so I threw the fish out!

Tasted pretty good, too. Used purple basil from the yard to freshen it up. The peppers were from the freezer, I’ve been excavating in there and mixing them with flavor definitely helped get rid of them. Also, not swimming tonight because of a skunk hit very close. Thankfully, none of my doggos. Had to close up the entire house real quick.

Looks terrific and the description sounds awfully tasty! Glad the dogs didn't "catch it" what a terrible stink!

Is pea pasta low carb? I tried the red lentil pasta, it’s good but carb are not exactly low.

This is chickpea pasta, and it's probably not the extreme low carb you're looking for, but it is high in protein and high in fiber. I weighed out 2 oz dry which cooks up to quite a bit, so if you click on the picture, you can go look at the detailed information on my food journal. You would want to calculate the net carbs, right?

I love the lentil pasta but it's at a store I don't frequent as much during this plague thing. I guess I could take a shot at making some from scratch though. Got plenty of lentils in my emergency rations and they need to be turned over and restocked. We'll save that for cooler days, probably a project.

just looked up making lentil pasta from scratch - looks super easy. going to try it soon and will post. probably fettuccine as that's wide and flat and can be cut with a knife.
