this speaks to me, but alas, no. not today. 

IHOP! I always get an omelette so thought I’d try something new. I left half the biscuits and steak and gave the bacon to my kiddo. I’m particular on my bacon lol. Actually wasn’t too bad calorie wise. I think maybe 700ish. Probably less than I logged because I couldn’t find calorie info for lost of it and the gravy portion was less than half what I get at other restaurants. Was going to order mozzarella sticks too but decided I’d better not lol. Next time!  

God, I miss IHOP. 

Why do you not eat there anymore? We rarely do because of the expense. I can make pancakes and eggs at home way cheaper. But hubby loves it so we go about twice a year when he gets his cravings lol.  

I got alpha-gal syndrome which means that I have an allergy to mammal proteins. IHOP doesn't maintain separate grills for weirdo food allergies (why would they?) so it limits my choices. 

Yum! 

Looks grand, peeper! Atriel, Newduggan, a wonderful girl you may know, just posted a plea for ideas. She has just figured out she can not eat meat or dairy because of a nasty physical reaction. Perhaps she has the same issue as you. Anyway, she was looking for good ideas on how to get protein. Anyway, you sound like a lady who would know some answers.
