When you start the day with IHOP and end with DQ, this is bound to happen!

After a couple days on my back, I needed to make sure I was ready for today's workout... no excuses!

GET TO THE CHOPPAH - NOW!!

157.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love the next few workouts after an overindulged day. 🎉 Energy, better performance, and awesome sleep almost always follow. That’s why it baffles me when someone so severely cuts their calories and maxes workouts day-after-day for a long period of time. I notice the difference after being sidelined how sluggish and horrible my routine is after cutting calories.
