ok...time to get back on track! 😳Too much anniversary/4th of July festivities..gonna do IF this morning and carb cycling today.
137.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@liv, thx. I am pretty disciplined so I should be ok. It's alittle more challenging bwhile on vacation...going on a 5 mile hike today.

You have it sorted! I'm in the same place with a few too many celebrations lately! 😁 Feast or famine has been too frequent for me in order to stay in "maintenance" the last few weeks.
