My first pic, that was yesterdays, breakfast at 11.00am...
Well I'm in my 3rd day of carnivore diet, feeling great, had a great sleep, my knee is feeling better.. I'm not bloated, ive been drinking like 4-5 litres of water a day, salting my meat... I'm taking this week off work on the farm, yes i can do that..so i will be doing gardening at home, and heaps of other things..
Yesterday i had less food, than the day before..
My measurements are: Thigh 55cm, Hips 104cm, Waist 98cm, Bust 109cm, arms 30cm.....
Any hints, help etc I would appreciate it..
Also, I've quit smoking 8 months ago, don't have a gallbladder...

You sounds like an already small person... way to go. I do not have any hints. Have not done carnivour. I know from keto that around day 3 or 4 the lack of carbs sort of hit you a bit... "keto flu" Hope you have a great day off.

Keto flu, has hit me...feeling tired, had a couple sneezes, lethargic...drinking plenty water....
