Morning, all...I still can't believe I'm not in pain, my hands , knees are not swollen...i have been checking labels, (with glasses on..lol) well surprise coconut cream had sugar in it).. , there were so many minor things i was doing wrong....
I'm new to app etc..like have just found were msgs are and how to reply..lol...
wensdays and fridays, due to religious reasons are fasting days(animal products not allowed), so it will be water only(salt and ginger water)....
Now for 15 days I'm not allowed meat, but fish is allowed....so I'll be eating fish....
Now I know this is not a true carnivore diet...but it's only 15 days...
Now my craving have definitely gone, down... i will have to change my weight goal, as it should be 48 kilos.....i'm not looking into rushing this...but i will be writing everyday...I'm a farmer so i'm flexable with work...not going today..
Well because of my health reasons, I don't have to do the 15 day fish only....but i will be sticking to the 2 days a week water only.....
Now i've done profile how it should have been from beginning....
