Plugged in my number on strengthlevel.com. It seems I’m between novice (6 mo experience) and intermediate (2 yr experience) on all my lifts. Not too shabby especially when squats were intermediate and I haven’t done them for probably 6 months. My beloved cable rows were the best :). I’d been at the gym steady for about 8-9 months before covid hit. Back at it for a few weeks now.

Basically my numbers are staying about the same but I dropped 6-7# since I last checked. Guess it wasn’t a muscle loss! Rows are the advanced number shown in the pic. 105 for 10 reps. Was doing 120 before covid. Squatted 135# today and my goal was key weight so met that goal. Goal for leg press was double body weight and made that today with 3 reps at 250#. Could e done more if it wouldn’t have been the last thing we did on legs I think. Sucky workout with a LOT of dizziness and lack spots but my HR also went up to 152-153 a lot which is higher than usual. Leg work raises it I guess.

Silkian, I love comparing myself to other lifters on there. It helps me know where I should be and what I need to work on. Obviously I work on cable rows every chance I get because I love them and it shows I’m advanced on it lol.

Wifey, these just show where I am as in beginner, novice, intermediate, advanced or elite based on how many pounds I can lift on each exercise that I do. Based on the time I’ve been lifting I should be in novice for pretty much everything (intermediate is usually 2 years of steady working out).The fact that some are intermediate is good. I’ll never get in the elite category but I’ll settle for firmly in intermediate on everything with a few advanced (5+ years training). I didn’t include the exercises with each because there was a lot of junk in the middle like what % can I lift more than. It would’ve been two square pics for each exercise rather than fitting it into 2.

Thanks guys! It means a lot! Hubby saw my back and insisted on videoing so I took a screenshot from the vid. It’s rare that I can flex and see my own back clearly lol.

Thanks everyone! I’m feeling it today! My back is killing me. Legs aren’t much better and even my knees hurt lol. Probably shouldn’t have kicked off leg day trying to see the most I could do after a 6 month break from legs lol. I would guess the lower back is from deadlifts. We upped the weights from 105 to 135. Maybe I had bad form or something.
