I decided to just do a daily journal instead of multiple ones for awhile. Unless of course, I make something so pretty it must be shared. My day has been pretty good, can't really complain. I've been making sure to do something productive every day. Regardless if it's exercise, cleaning, or just self-improvement mentally. I'm trying to learn myself daily to change the way I think. Instead of I can't it's I can or I will soon! Depending on what goal it is. I have an appointment with a Dermatologist tomorrow in a city that has many cases of the Coronavirus. Honestly, I'm thinking of canceling. My symptoms have improved and I'm having an allergy flare. I don't want people thinking I have the Coronavirus if I cough in public. My meals today have been on point with my way of eating, and I'm still under 1200 calories. Going to have fruit and a small slice of lemon cake later so I'll meet it. I hope everyone us having a wonderful blessed night/day! Stay strong, positive, and motivated. Remember you are worth it!
