Needed a snack today. 170 calories. 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/4 oz walnuts, and 1/2 tbsp honey. Was very good and will hold me over until dinner. Hope everyone is having a good day and staying on track the best they can!

Perfect! That's something that I also do on the day I 'need' a snack but I use homemade Greek-style yogurt instead of cottage cheese that I rarely have on hand. Hits the spot for sure.

The yogurt sounds good too. I rarely have yogurt but 90% of the time have cottage cheese lol. Gonna buy some yogurt for sure!
