I do know how you feel Phil lol. I wish my scale would get here, apparently, I have another week to wait! I feel like I'm gaining weight, but I have been sticking to my diet 95% (had one day that I went over some). It could be all mental because I wanna see my weight now lol. This better be a good scale. It was only coming from a couple of states away.

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 February 2020:
1230 kcal Fat: 51.01g | Prot: 50.10g | Carb: 146.98g.   Breakfast: Food Club Light Cherry Yogurt, Walnuts. Lunch: The Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps - Bacon Habanero, Sweet Potato,  Cucumber (with Peel) ,  Sweet Onions ,  Spinach , Great Value Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Tostitos Medium Salsa, Marketside Everything French Bread. Dinner: Dole Green Onion, PAM Superior No Stick Olive Oil Cooking Spray,  Spinach , Great Value Brown Gravy Mix, Del Monte Sweet Peas,  Mashed Potato, Hormel Canned Corned Beef. Snacks/Other: Trader Joe's Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter, All Natural Crunchy Rice Rolls. more...

Yes, shirfleur 1 is right. Consistency will get you there. And good for you continuing after one day over on calories...some people use that as an excuse to go off the rails and stop working it. You pushed right through. Consistency! Will melt that one day away. :0)

A weight watchers digital scale but it's taking forever to get here.
