That's a more realistic view of the difference between fat and muscle tissue! (The density of water is 1.0 g/ml, fat is 0.9 g/ml, that of muscle is 1.1 g/ml).

Weight is weight. You lower the bottom of that muscle to the bottom of the 1 lb of fat for visual purposes, but weight is weight. Keep at your goals and keep it moving 🎵 Do you and grind. Don’t forget where you came from when people notice your grind🙌♥️💪 and remember where you were when you first joined FS and how you felt. 💜💚💪☺️☀️💜💚

@jcmama, yes but I would like to lose the extra fat weight( eating less caloric poor food) , however also stabilize or even gain some muscle weight (exercising)! Or is that what you mean?

Oh for sure silkian! I’m just showing the same weight in fat and lean muscle. People should be proud of their weight loss. Gaining lean muscle is goals. No one should be ridiculed about posting lb of fat compared to muscle. That’s my point friend ♥️

Not sure if I understand it correctly! I simply mentioned I liked this image better because it represents the small difference between muscle and fat in a correct way. Don't see the link that I was ridiculing someone with my comment! It certainly was not my intention.

For sure I saw that comment on ammadux post. We are most definently learning alot from each other though, and as long as we learn and apply that which we learn, we can all grow, forgive each other and become even that much more in tune with one another. I have bit my own tongue a few times on this site, once talking to velvetee about her eggs looking liiiiike well, anyways. We all learn our lessons from what we say and hopefully we will mature more and more everyday friends. ❤❤❤ mmmuah!
