Urrrggghhhh have been doing so great keeping up on everything and through a small mistake I ended up guzzling down 40 carbs!! Dayummmm!!!
Was wanting a Red Bull and Jade grabbed it as it was the only one that was cold and wouldn't ya know it...it wasn't the sugar-free! *sigh* Not her fault!
Ok crap happens, we move on and make up for that soooooo here's to small mistakes! LOL gonna go get my meals planned for the day and then go grocery shopping...then off for some fun with the kids!

Well before you would not have even thought of if it was sugar free, so you are getting into the right frame of mind about food and what it contains. So your doing great.Agree with ctlss. after all its nice to enjoy something once in a while.
