9st 5.5 (2 off at WW) Really pleased again with this, and wondering whether to set myself a new target for my birthday of getting the WW 50 lb certificate? Although I would certainly only be doing it for the sake of it, not because I want to maintain my weight that low. I think I'll just see what happens, being back on track is still a relative novelty so I should probably just concentrate on keeping up that good work for now!
131.5 lb Lost so far: 47.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
