Still ate 2000 calories. Paid more attention to the protein. Ate my morning bagel, pretzels, and a couple cookies. So far it looks like a couple days of more was just what I needed. ❤️
191.8 lb Lost so far: 57.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
