Still not eating much. My workouts are definitely suffering! Even quit early today because I just didn’t feel like doing the extra stuff we usually throw in. Still got my half hour in though so just lost the last 15 minutes. Very few breaks but had to take some as I was getting dizzy.

Stupid iphone still won’t back up. Always get the ‘bad connection’ error. Hoping to take it to ATT and see if they can back it up to the cloud for me. It won’t back up to the computer either but I get a different error there. Something about how it just can’t backup. I’m wondering if it’s the Facebook app causing problems, another app or the fact that I have the keychain thing enabled. None of the keychain restored from old phone to this one (40 weeks ago) so that’s my guess.

Finally sleeping again. Switched night meds to morning, doubled it, changed the sleep meds. Haven’t had to take the high powered anxiety med since Wednesday. BUT I constantly have a low level of anxiety. Mostly due to boredom. I have the attention span of a young child ATM. Makes it hard to get much done. Have to find something to do to not be bored, find some concentration to get things done and hopefully find a hobby. Maybe those things will help the anxiety, boredom and have me feeling normal again.

Also my dr said I’m in an extreme depressive stage right now. I think I’m coming out of it. That’s why my eating has suffered and my attention span suffers too. Will see! That was the counselor actually. The dr didn’t say anything but change meds around. I’ll see his nurse while he’s away so maybe she can get things settled for me.

Any ideas of things to do other than cleaning, sewing and meditation sort of things would be appreciated. I can only workout so much. Yoga doesn’t help. Meditation pisses me off as I don’t find it relaxing. Trigger I guess. I can’t concentrate on any of my crafting or puzzles. This is a pain in my rear lol.

When I feel like you do or similar and can't concentrate I watch a movie that I have seen before that will make me feel good. I have played in the past cards online with other people. It could be good if some people from this site could communicate through face time or some other way. It could give some people something to look forward to maybe help some to take their mind off food!

Oh peep, sure hope you start getting some relief soon! I read or heard somewhere that when trying to find your true interests, go back and think about what you liked as a kid, when you were 9 years old. Might work. ❤

I'm so sorry - I hope you find you relaxation soon. I've been in 'hospital corners' mode lately too. Obsessively cleaning & organizing. I wish I had an answer. I only have empathy and support.

I feel better emotionally but still tired physically and mentally. Sick of cleaning. Gotta find something else to keep my hands and mind occupied. Binge watching tv now which doesn’t do much for the glutes lol.

I hope that you do end up feeling better! Having something to look forward to can certainly help as well to break the routine, something to get excited about!
