Chicken, beets, and strawberry salad. I didn’t think this would fill me up but I’m happy to be wrong. ☺️#saladgang

Don't aim to be 'full up' all the time. Aim to be left with some space for more, reduce each time the quantity you will actually decrease your appetite immensely over time. Being FULL is so wrong, you should never ever feel full.
