this has been the hardest time ever trying to lose weight I found out I have arthritis so my knee swells a lot then I work in a warehouse where I walk all day so I have very little energy and then I work a second job at a fast-food restaurant I'm really trying to stay determined but I'm not losing any way and I'm getting very discouraged I'll be 33 next year and it's a very big deal for me even bigger than 30 and I just want to be the perfect size to myself everytime I weigh myself I'm more and more because I'm always swollen

I am very sorry to hear that. That sounds incredibly frustrating. I wonder if there are any other members who deal with swelling. No one immediately comes to my mind, but maybe take a look and reach out to them directly.

Do you have osteoarthritis? I do; I found I had to ice my knees until the skin turned red, helped reduce the swelling and fluid retention. I also used Aleve. Over 15 years ago, I had an arthroscopic operation to my worst knee called "microfracture" with a lateral release; it helped a great deal.
I definitely recommend the icing, and you might want to get neoprene knee braces too.
