I have to do better I owe it to myself I’m a breast cancer survivor and my reconstructive surgery did not work out as planned. I know if I lose weight it will look a lot better so today is day one. Hopefully this will be the last time I start over I need to exercise at least 4 to 5 times a week need to eat right every day. I am vegan and I want to stick to it and I also want to go by the Dr. Sebi lifestyle not diet I want this to be my lifestyle I know it’s a lot going on in the world, especially what I’ve been through with cancer I need to take better care of my temple. I will start my spiritual detox Saturday, but I will start eating right preparing up for that today Monday wish me luck and pray for me

Today is the day no more playing with myself. I know how to do it and it’s time to stick with it on myself chose to do a alkaline lifestyle, and I am going to stick with it after going through cancer I discover that the alkaline way of living is best for me a lot of high pH foods, the Dr. Sebi way of eating. I really enjoy it but I do have my moments where I backslide so today I told myself there is no looking back and I’m going to keep you guys every step of the way because I know this app really works for me.
