Day 1 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

I am not feeling well. Ironically, when I do ‘pure water only fasts’ I feel better, and have more energy. Many cancer patients do fasts for the healing benefits.

However, it will be stressful at work, due to the deadlines, and I know I will need a ‘mental release, so that is why I will stick to my usual protein drinks.

175.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
