Lol, thanks. I'm only just now really working on lats again. I'm hoping to be able to do pull ups soon, but I'm 300 pounds lol, so I'll have to get my lat pull numbers on up there. The machine only goes to 250# tho, so I'll have to go from volume rather than just weight.

YMCA. My wife works part time in the child watch, so not only is it a gym with child care, but our family membership only costs 20 and some change each month 😁

It's a machine that has a band that runs through several rectangular plates. I might be able to stack some on top, standing on edge and leaning against one of the rods that they ride up. That MIGHT work.
