I won! I beat the beast. I didn’t binge, I didn’t starve. I abstained from hours of cardio. I ate small, balanced meals and enjoyed them all. Lots of watermelon, which is a powerful craving of mine lately. I enjoyed one piece of leftover pizza, and I went so far as to weigh it; glad I did, I would have been off 300 calories. That means yesterday’s binge was under-logged by probably at least 800. Oh well. I tried cooking a new food today: Danish Aebleskiver. They’re round, fried pancakes. I had 2. I made them for Steve who was getting ready for a drill weekend. Cajun blackened fish and cauliflower for lunch. I’m feeling anxious about my desire to continue eating, and the only way I even know that is because my skin is crawling. That’s a sure tell sign I’m fighting anxiety. My little guy is a snack machine right now before bed, and I bet that’s part of it. Im going to enjoy the movie with him and get some sleep.
