Last week was exhausting. This first Mother’s Day without my sweet Mama was difficult. I didn’t realize how much it was wearing on me. At the end of the day I just thought, “I made it”.
So now to get back into the swing of things.
I hope everyone had a great Mother’s Day.

Yeah, I was thinking about my mom as well yesterday. She passed away almost 30 years ago now but she is very clear in my memory still. Today I am "shaking the blues away"

Awe I totally understand where you coming from. I lost my mom a year ago. This is my second Mother’s Day with out her. Yes we made it thou!

I am glad you got through the day. Since my mom has been living here with us the past 3 1/2 years, it makes me realize how much I will be missing her when her time comes. It has meant more to me than I realized.
