Got a great workout in! Would have done more cardio but the guy next to me recked! I also had a NVS today. Usually when I get up from doing crunches I roll over like a beached whale But today I just kinda popped up! No struggle! 😃💪💪 Getting stronger 👍

Thanks! And I’m not sure what’s up with the wrist. It often aches when I do tricep pulls but it hurt too much to continue. I did the same thing with dumbbells and it felt fine. I can feel my thighs are achey 😆 I did a lot of hip adductions 😜

Same here with my wrist, I think I will never have a stronger back, because I can't train hard my upper body, we have to do what we can. 😀

Thanks guys 🤗🤗 I am quite pleased with myself 😁 I’ve just got to keep up with it. I hope the wrist doesn’t hold me back too much. I want guns 💪💪 lol I will baby it though. I don’t want to over do it. I already have an issue with tendinitis and a damaged rotator cuff 🙃 I haven’t put too much thought in how to accurately log my activity. I lump the plank in with the amount of minutes spent doing “abdominal sit ups” or whatever it is.

Dawnie- the machines at our YMCA are bad about restricting pronation/ supination and give my joints grief. If you have access to a different handle or grips it may help.

The machine I was using isn’t changeable so I think I will stick to the free weights. I’ll have to go over to the busier side of the gym to be able to use the heavier weights 😒
