peeperjj Thanks. Do you do yours by count of failures too? Started this very recently, and the numbers provide a nice feedback I didn't have before.

Last summer is did 3 sets of 8-10 reps then switched it to higher weights of 3 sets and 5-8 reps. Now I’m finding my new numbers. Started at a lower weight and did 8-12 or more and am progressively moving the weights up. The last few times I’ve went as high as I can for under 10 reps and my 3rd set I add as much as I can lift 3-5 times, quitting right before failure. I find if I actually fail then I have trouble doing the rest of my workout. 🤷♀️ That 1-2 reps where I’m struggling but not failing seems to wear me out but I can still move on to the next thing. We do full body and I prefer to alternate lower and upper body which also helps me. Hubby and his old partner preferred doing all upper then all lower so that might be a guy thing.

Having fun with it, however it's done. Perfectionist would kill it for me. Progress is fun.
