Hammer Strength Machine Lat ---one of favorites....Used to perform them a lot when younger, and just now getting reacquainted with it after such a long hiatus.. If done properly you really can feel the stretch .... It'll add width to the lat in short amount of time. Underhand Grip / Overhand Grip / Hammer Grip.....I think the best is underhand grip to get full extension

No problem, just remember for widening the back (or lats), use a wider grip as well if the machine allows for it....if not use the Cable Lat pulldowns Widest grip possible on the bar.... Additionally if you want to work lower lats as opposed to upper part ---use a low cable row or a lower lat machine if your gym has one...Planet fitness does, as I use it as well.... Just an FYI ! Good luck
