Fasting a.m. blood sugar = 143; no weight change. I did not eat beef & butter yesterday, but kept macros down: 1459 calories, 36.40 net carbs. Macros: 77 fat, 13 carbs, 10 protein.
Challenge today is a luncheon, no way I can change menu. Will eat carefully - no dessert, no bread. (I did eat dessert!) Skipped supper.

Calories today: 1291, net carbs 125.12, carbs 41,fat 40, protein 19.
I will have a better day tomorrow!!
