I haven’t measured in a while. But my clothes fit great. I’ll have to start with a baseline 😉

I think maybe you’re adjusting to your change in your diet not sure it could be all added muscle not 1.4kg but could be a combination of changed diet and muscle use a tape for a while to track your measurements but you don’t want to slip back but if your not doing anything unhealthy then that won’t happen well done on your journey your so close 👍
